After some researches, these are the artists of the last designs: haggarlgo, competitor in "Einhar-Themed Talent Competition" at PoE Vault. https://www.poe-vault.com/news/2019/05/02/the-einhar-themed-talent-competition-has-ended-here-are-the-winners Hokowhitu Sciascia, an artist from NZ that made this pretty Arch Nemesis art. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/G8Edd4 And those are just the designs that are posted here...
