" Is that still the case, and if so, to what extent? I've been doing some research and it seems it comes down to two things... 1) the 100ms internal proc cap on Flock of the Avian preventing switching between Flight/Might at any rate quicker than 10x per second from triggering Twisters (effectively hard capping DPS) 2) The change to duration support gems causing the twisters to dissipate too quickly once released due to global duration reduction vs local skill gem duration increases. Does this effectively KILL the build (as in it simply does not function at all now), or is there a way to still get it to do all the things it does just at a reduced proc rate? In essence, can I still play the build for the FUN of it, despite its reduction in DPS, or does the interaction simply not work anymore? |
