Hello Guys, I have been playing Aura Stacking Vaal Storm Call build for quite some time after reading all nice build guides about it on thread but sadly there is none updated so far and therefore, I would love to give some guide for 3.19 version.

Previous patches were huge DPS boost for VSC but was kinda lack in survival since it was very dependent on DPS only. However, altho I could aim over 1 Bil DPS, I tried my best to balance on both DPS and Tankiness of the build.

To cast infinite Vaal Skill it is a must to have

Non-Vaal aura skills require 40% reduced souls per use from 2 Scepters

140% flask effect from
Belt(20% + 18%) / Soul Catcher Flask(25% + 70% more effect enchant) / Flask Mastery(10%) / Careful Conservationist (5%) / Conqueror's Potency (8%) / Amulet (Natural Remedies 10%) - total 141% Flask effect

--IMPORTANCE OF CRIT CAP FOR VSC--
It is very important to have 100% Critical Chance all the time because if first hit of VSC is missed, rest of 24 hits will be missed as well.

--IMPORTANCE OF USING AOE THAN USING CONCENTRATED EFFECT.
Using Concentrated Effect Support Gem of course give us huge dmg boost but it is always too risky losing dmg because our effective radius of VSC reach becomes very small. Meaning that if monsters move away from VSC marker or me move away from the monsters will stop the flow of VSC DMG due to monster is out of VSC AoE reach.

Hi Universalis I would probably go as below POB for MF.
it is of course not the full set of MF but I guess this is best budget way to enjoy MF with this build.

Below is the items you need.

1. Legacy Divination Distillated Flask
2. 2 MF rings (Ventor's Gamble would be fine too)
3. IR / IQ Support gems
4. Leap Slam Gem (Swap with RF) to spend mana and then use Distillated Flask.

If you want fast movement speed you can use movement flask instead of Soul Ripper but I then you will lose 1/2 of the total DPS.

It is Underground option so you will have to craft it with either fossil or get it from Trade to craft an item.

Sad that it is kinda hard to finish crafting an item due to harvest crafting nerf.

Hi really sorry for the late reply. if you see scion's ascendency we get frenzy charge from Raider and Power Charge from Assasin node.

At long last, I will have a use for this

But you did not take a Raider in your pob, instead I see a Necromancer taken. So what should I take anyway? Necromancer or Raider?
