You really should look into Doryani this league. Kalandra jewelry is back which is insane.

From what I can tell no one is playing Power Siphon (default) with totems this league.

There are ways to convert all lightning damage taken from hits to fire (greatwolf).

Many of the totem Power Siphon of the Archmage builds are still using MoM, Eternal Blessing and Arcane Cloak. That is because of Power Siphon of the Archmage you actually want Sanctuary of Thought, Radiant Faith and Ritual of the Awakening. Which is only possible when not pickung up Conviction of Power. That is because if you want to reserve all your mana (which you can with Power Siphon of the Archmage energy shield as your defensive pool since you cannot use MoM. That is why mines is so good. It gets rid of the need for Ritual of the Awakening.
Using Wilma frees a bunch of points since you do not need to go to Ancestral Bond. It gets rid of Agnostic though too which I am not sure regarding recovery.

The top dps build on ninja has some insane mistakes though. Additionaly projectiles mastery (makes no sense) and spell damage mastery which was baked into the PS skill in 3.25.

I am personally not doing PS totems this league for a long time. I am trying PSotA mines this league on a hiero. It is kinda amazing too.

Power Siphon of the Archmage seems to be the play this league. Mines or totems. Both good. I chose mines.

You loose rage per second but with so much mana regen which gets converted to rage regen it is not problem.
