it depends, early on its an effective way to increase you clear as well as giving you damage whilde dodging

But in t17+ you want power even during trash, and with enough attackspeed and duration awk. swift affliction outperforms everything else.

as a char example, just look at tr_girlie from settlers league (and insert that MB xD)
