My map drops have also gone down significantly over the past few days.

It does hurt to play for a whole day, end up 8 69 maps in the red, and having to spend all your earnings from that day to buy 8 new 69 maps.

But it is all RNG, and this morning a bunch of 71s dropped.

I am totally ok with and understand if it is just a run of bad luck like you experienced and as detailed in the first post. Sometimes though you know there is a nagging feeling in the back of your head if there wasn't some hidden ninja nerf. So ANY map can drop 66 up to 2 above the current map level? The range gets huge...

Right now I'm sitting on a bunch of 67s and 68s, and then these babies:

Part of me wants to scour and re-alch/chaos the Torture Chamber so I can get maze with +20% quant. I'm scared to run them >.<

Yes. You just have to learn to deal with it. Two of my 73 maps yielded nothing last night. It's kind of a bummer but you eventually get them back so its not a problem. All part of the game.

Some pre-patch thoughts have been posted. Expect to see the resource adjusted to reflect these changes particularly with the Reef boss, Asphyxia.

I began with 3 level 66 maps yesterday. You legends probably aren't impressed with this stockpile, but to me it's great. Today:







Also, @lyraei, I wonder if Asphyxia will be harder or easier.
