No plan to update this build for now because it is not as good as what I want it to be other than really excels in Simulacrum farming, I think there is better Dom Blow build there.

However, I think most of the item/passive/gems in this build guide are still relevant in 3.26

How about 3.28? Looks like everything in the build was buffed.
