I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but is it normal for quill rain to have a glowing thingy at the ends of the bow?

Yeah, that's its built-in shiny effect. More uniques will be getting them.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
