XBOX Frequent crashes since last patch

Since last patch my game crashes to dashboard frequently, to the point i am getting increasingly aggravated about the console version of this game..

Today my game has crashed no less than 7 times, always with a lot going on either delirium or harvest, when i log back in, map is reset with new encounters except mobs i already killed and loot filter is unloaded..

Last time Alva showed up after not being there before crash for example..

Why is it so hard for you to deliver a modicum of stable performance on xbox?
