Infernal Cry Miss Activating

I was playing and came across a failure in activating Infernal Cry when we are being Stunned.

Notice in the video, I get close to the mobs, I suffer the Stun and I still manage to activate the Skill, but it doesn't actually activate, given that the mobs are not hit by Infernal Cry.
