PS5 patch 3.24.2 Crashes

PS5 playing PS4 version
Worked fine this morning
Downloaded patch 3.24.2 after work and booted up, left Lioneye’s Watch to Ship Graveyard, walked a few paces and killed a couple packs - crash. Twice in a row.

No totems (saw on other thread)

Closed and restarted game in between crashes.
Acts janky right from GGG logo intro, slow graphic loads, stutter.
