I think sorc looks a bit squishy so freeze is very important. Even if you're playing lightning, try to trigger an auto freeze spell on shock.

I am planning to experiment with EoW. I believe chill + temp chain will be a nice defensive layer. We will have shocks on top of it too.

Idk about ignite. I would imagine having good ignite damage would need heavy investment. Also Freeze on bosses did not last long on videos + the buildup is longish but we will need to see.

EOW benefits from flame wall + lightning warp drops shocked ground. EOW carries ground effects and transfers them onto enemies.

I will definitely update the gem section of the guide with proper skill setups once we progress in the game. Lightning warp will be amazing with the cast speed we get from arcane surge. Just need to reduce its duration.

I will post an update before start with possible supports and updates on following days too

Just keep in mind its pretty much impossible to make a Best in Slot gem setup at this stage.
