How do you get the gas cloud to explode? I tried snipers and found them to be a little less bursty than that. Switched to the grenade guys but it sounds like snipers are better?

well, it is eitehr hound aura or firewall.

Tho i am not sure what supports he is using, but i find that i am doing more dmg than in a clip.. And also using SRS to help here and there

And ye, for bosses or essense trapped mobs you can just cast your Gas cloud on top and once enemy is targetable it explodes and half-hp instantly a boss or kills essence mob.

That's probably intended by GGG. It would be very strong if it worked but I hadn't tried it yet. Updated the tree to remove it

how much str int dex doe we need for the builds gems? respecing is expensive.

Still playing around with support gems so I'm not certain. You can pick up Insightfulness early on the passive tree to help a bit with INT if needed.

Without Necromantic Talisman node:

Solar Amulet Base
Spirit
Life
+ Level minion gems
Maybe stats and/or resists (try to get them from other sources since minions will take amulet slot eventually)

With:

Bloodstone Amulet Base
Critical Damage Bonus
Spell Damage
Cast Speed
%Armor
Chaos Res

I was hoping Fixation of Yix would work with Necromantic Talisman but it doesn't seem to work with my initial testing. Anyone know why?

Edit: I believe it works but the buff doesn't stack.
