Where is the ps5 Liberator of Wraeclast Pack

Go to poe 1 go to the micro transaction
In game you will see anywhere option to upgrade poe 2

will there be a fix for this on poe 2 in-game store? I can't access poe 1 store since it's not available in Playstation store of my country

Hey I Bought the 100 dollar pack and the 30 dollar one and I don’t see the option to buy the other packs I also went on the website found the liberator pack and tried to click on it and shows me to login and doesn’t show ? Can anyone help

Hello! I apologize if I'm asking a silly question, but I'd like a bit of clarification.

I originally purchased the $30 POE2 Early Access pack (on PS5) in order to download it on my PS5. I now want the $480 Liberator of the Wraeclast Supporter Pack.

Per this thread, I should be able to:
1. log into POE1 on my PS5
2. access the microtransactions store
3. buy/purchase/upgrade to whatever "POE2" Early Access I'd like

Each upgrade will need to performed separately until I reach the pack I want, correct? And it will only charge me the difference the difference in price from the one I have and one I'm upgrading to?

I'm looking to upgrade to the $480 Liberator of the Wraeclast Supporter Pack. Once upgraded to the pack within POE1 (PS5), I should see ALL Cosmetics from the supporter pack within my POE2 (PS5) game, correct?

I have upgraded for the Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack and in game says os not is not compatible with this version of the game. However, several content creators are using it.

Sent several emails to support and have not received a response regarding when these items will be available.

I also requested a refund once the items cannot be used. But it seems like they don't want to resolve it, nor do they want to respond.

Does anybody have any update on this? I initially purchased lord ogram for early access from playstation store, that was before they settlers of kalgur supporter packs (paladin/penance). Now I purchased paladin pack for the weapon effect thinking i could upgrade it to next tier (divine or the one with armor) but couldnt. the only pack i can upgrade to next tier is lord ogram pack. I have sent a query multiple times to no avail.

Going thru poe1 workaround doesnt work because poe1 is not available in psn right now.

it seems purchasing this in playstation was a bad idea, couldnt get the support that is expected
