witchunter culling strike

witchhunter culling strike doesn't seem to be working (in party play)

Tested in solo play at white mobs. Culling Strike works with Punch attacks, but not with shots and explosions (you can see how white mobs have less than 30% HP left after attacks).

Looks like the Culling strike range for Rare is same as Unique = 5.
I checked with Killing Palm when the cull and highlighted on monster it was less than 10% pretty sure

The Culling strike on unique looks like less 5%.Same test with Killing Palm

Addtionally the Culling before hits sucks - feel underwhelming.

Not working in party or solo for me

Came looking for this thread, definitely not working...

Bumping... still not working. Tested with a variety of skills, it maybe? procs at 5% sometimes. Very weird. Definitely not working on white mobs at 30%, used low level skills to manage damage and no proc. Doesn't work on things like ignite or poison ticks either.

I had the same experience last night while trying to party with friends. Another party member could cull bosses with a different class/skill but my skills did not.

+1, culling strike is definetively not working on my galvanic shards skill
