Doesn't work with mace skills on witchhunter. Normal/magic/rare/ doesn't matter.

Is this still broken? Does not appear to work on Whites/Blues from my test and it seems to sometimes work on rares and uniques? After 30mins of testing, can't even say for certain that it went off.

Still not working. Decimating Strike works fine but Culling Strike not.
