Seconding this - particularly navigating the passive tree for me, seems to crackle with every node movement.

I noticed this was removed from the known issues thread but it wasn't fixed. Leaving the game like that is extremely sloppy since it's impossible to play without constant clicks and pops all over the place.
Very poor quality. |

Currently, the most common source of the crackling audio is with the currency exchange. It happens every time I open it.
