Hand of Chayula doesn't apply curses

Hand of Chayula is definitely bugged. Enfeeble does not work with it at all.

I tried change the curse and mark with diffence socket place,
only first 2 sockets working, third socket is not working.

Sometimes I really hate the language of this game, because it's always simpler than my brain tries to make of it.

The curses and marks get slotted into the support sockets and I'm getting 100% success no matter the level difference in gems

I would not expect it to work this way since hand of chayula doesn't actually use the curse skill, it just "applies" the curse to the enemy hit.

It seems to only work with a single Mark. I have snipers' mark and Voltaic Mark; whichever is first applies; the other is ignored.

I was trying to get power charges via resonance and power up Lightning damage and cause explosions on mobs. From the wording, I can only assume this is a bug.



- after testing more it seems I can run a mark and a curse, so it seems it doesn't bypass global. needs fixing or the tooltip adjusting.

Marks have a global limit of 1, unless you are a deadeye. Not sure if limit support works.

OK so here is what is happening with my character. I have a level 9 hand of chayula with a level 9 despair and level 8 enfeeble (I only link one curse at a time when testing). I could apply enfeeble but not despair. I have a staff with +3 to melee gem levels, it boosts hand of chayula to level 12. When I removed the staff and put it back on now I can apply despair... so this does seem to be a bug.

Did this get fixed after the big update?

After the update yesterday I thought they broke hand of chayula, but apparently the curse just needs to be at least one level lower than hand of chayula. I couldn't apply despair anymore. so my despair was 12 and hand of chayula 9.
I first tried upgrading hand of chayula to 12, which didn't fix it.
But when I got another despair lvl 11 it started working again.
