Did a test on

Three dragon with cof + comet
Normal helm with Cos + comet

Cof with comet proc so well like every 1-2 pack
Cos + comet proc like every 10 pack, and i have a wand thats give 80% chance to shock

Cos the proc is crap

Anyone know why

I am procing cof a lot! you just need to get some energy gain.
If i go to breach or higher density map its dropping like candy

I said u need energy nodes. Cast on X works with energy. The faster you fill energy bar , faster it will Cast.

There are numerous places for energy. Jewels are among them

search for meta skill gain increase energy

Guys.
Why not try to use Elemental focus?
With helmet we are no longer using shock chance. And we are not using freeze chance either.
We are now doing damage to freeze, more damage , more freeze, yes?

25% More dmg is no small thing.
I tested with helmet and i am freezing monsters with spark and focus.

So try dropping wild shards and put e.focus?

I belive this mechanics might be broken or forgotten?
or i am just mistaken lol

Tested some more, i am still freezing. But definitelly not as often as without it.

When you equip helmet your damage contribute to freezing. Or freeze buildup rather.
Without it you are using just shock chance and if u dont invest into it it will almost never shock.

Honestly, at one point I thought I wasn't understanding this guide, but it turns out that this guide is poorly written.

Please update it.

You say so many variations in your intro (Brotherhood ring, but in uniques list you only list 3?), you have none of those variations in your build description, and you make recommendation of uniques that make no sense/complex interactions - alongside the fact that you have many comments in this thread that deviate from your build guide.

Can you please consider re-writing this? Remember, noobs need to understand this.

i tested cast of shock without the helmet and i had a weapon which gives 80% chance to shock but it didn't proc much comet with cast of shock . the proc just feels weak compared to cast of freeze
