Spell "Freezing shards" has no additional effects from quality

Mana tempest empowers spells which have no manacost(like Freezing shards). Description says "Empowers your mana-costing Spells". (maybe it's an intended interaction, i dunno)

When casting grenades and moving, the character stutters in place

I can't buy new cursors, the price shows 0, but I can't do anything

Hammer of the gods skill disapears and goes on cooldown after casting if you dodge roll quickly after the cast.

One of the bird like mobs spawns through the floor in The Spires of Deshar.

BUG REPORT

Consistent experience

Lingering Illusion interaction with red support gems on any skill,

socketing a red persistent support such as vitality or cannibalism will disable the illusion of the lingering illusion without turning off the skill, this is true if directly supported in LI or into any other persistent aura.

Crashing in multiple different maps upon entry.

So far these are maps I am unable to enter:

Savannah
Decay
Backwash

EDIT: After further testing, doesn't appear to be specific maps. Tried other points on the atlas with same map name and able to do those.

My game is completely stuck. I just finished killing the sun boss for the Legacy of the Vaal quest. I summoned Alva and had her starting the platform when I portaled to town to sell things. When I returned the platform was on the very bottom, there is a partial portal to the Ziggurat and Alva is not present. The quest says to Summon/Speak to Alva but she is NOT there and the platform has a red barrier around it and I cannot pass through it. I cannot progress the quest line and am completely stuck. Please fix!

Found a work around by loading a new instance of the zone and refighting the boss....
