Fortress tier4 rare monster in a wall - unfinishable

Realise now how ascendency trials work.

Ogham Farmlands.
If I roll at wall I can get up at the wall (stand at it), but can't go through.

Early mapping. Tier 1 map, Sulfuric Caverns, on a boss node on the atlas.

When attempting to enter the portal to the map I am logged out and returned to the main menu. ('An Unexpected Disconnection Occurred')

This is the only map that this has happened on.

EDIT: Now also happening on Hidden Grotto. Rather strange, some maps completely fine, some sending me back to login screen.

EDIT2, FYI: More testing. It seems to be about 30% of maps disconnect you when you open from the Ziggurat Refuge. I checked on reddit and the problem appears to resolve when you open maps from a hideout instead.

game crashing after 2 trials cant get into the 3rd trial need to abandon my run otherwise i cant get my ascendancy points 5+6

The terrain generator for the client is out of sync with the server.
Please create a new instance and try again

opening new instance and changing server didnt work

So in demon form my minions die and it auto crashes. Sometimes when I put in gems are move to fast in a area it crashes. Also in demon form it crashes when i go back to human form. PC is like 4k and everything is above the specs. so please help

I had specced into "Loyal Hellhound" in the Infernalist tree. I supported the spell with 2 supports. I decided to try out Demon Form. Now I have lost those support gems. I guess they're still somewhere but I can't get to them :(

I bought scepter.
In trade it was not visible that is has a skill - Skeleton Warrior lvl 12.
In chat it was visible.
Item level 48.

weapon set 1 crossbow
weapon set 2 Bow
using escape shot, then switching to crossbow makes character unable to use any skill, I can only reload but cant shoot or use grenades, also character's hands looks very strange


Solution is to Reload weapon after using escape shot instead to shoot first.

Had the node "Hits are crushing blows".
I RESPECCED, my gold was used, my point was retrieved and went to other nodes.

My hits are still crushing blows!
