POE 2 HAS A MAJOR LOOT ISSUE FOR SOME PLAYERS

Loot still sucks in the game. That patch they released to "improve loot" just meant more trash items drop.

Even running super-juiced T15 maps tier4/5 loot rarely drops. I have found 3 divines in the past week though so that's at least something.

Do level 20 skill/spirit gems eve exist in this game though?
White and blue drops should be more common than rare. I want my white and blue drops for crafting and loot filters exist. That being said there should be an in-game loot filter. That being said I can see there being a bit of a loot condensation. Like 10% less loot but higher average rarity. Still more white than blue and more blue that rare but I could see the numbers squishing a little closer post Act 3. But since Act 3 is where finalized content ends it's kinda unfair to judge loot past that until the game actually has 6 acts and an endgame.

progression being locked behind rng is pretty bad and unfair, why can't we have deterministic systems for crafting early on?

It's not going to make the game too easy if you balance the enemies accordingly
