My suggestion is to find a new build cause they are already nerfing that.
They specificy *triggered* fire spells, not manually cast ones.
What they are targeting is this:
Feeding Frenzy, Infernal Legion and Minion Instability on SRS, and Flame Wall in Cast on Minion Death => afk infinite loop
My build spams Flame Wall manually, and is not affected by it.
HCSSF is the only way.

Is there any way to add bonestorm or any other high damage spell/attack to a build like this?
I am currently struggling with Act 2 (incl. Boss), that I die very often.
I am running a mix out of minions (warrior + arsonists), flame wall srs. contagion and bone storm but yeah its noot that good, but I am new to poe and probably did a few mistakes with passives and gear.
Currently level 31

EDIT: I just noticed that I quoted your post by mistake, the one before wasn't aimed at you.
You can add Bonestorm, and it can be helpful here and there.
But honestly I'd just spam Flame Wall.
But yea, it must be your passive tree + support gems, because the build is great at that stage. Feel free to check them with mine I posted in the linked video.

I was thinking magnified effect serve no purpose for bosses which is the only struggle with this build, no? while fire pen should be better against bosses i think

Then can be hit by overlapping AoEs multiple times.
Which is why Magnified Effect + Scattershot is so good.
