Same issue here. Was doing a massive overhaul of my skill points. Still had 6 points to spend and accidentally hit apply changes.I lost 6 points.
This is a pretty serious bug. If I hadn't felt I wasted the last 120+ hours playing my character before, I definutely feel it now. Womp womp. |

Thanks for the reports. We're looking into this.
From what I've seen so far, no one is actually losing passives, but it does seem like the respec menu won't let you remove an old node path dependency while establishing a replacement in the same respec. If you create a new node path to your target, and hit apply, and then open the menu again you should be able remove the old path without a problem. |
