As soon as you finish the campaign you should switch to an endgame guide, this is pointed out in the leveling guide.

As for sapphire jewels you prioritize two damage modifiers which is also pointed out in the guide, they cost as little as 1-25ex.

uff means im stuck for now on lvling build. no luck on jewellers orb drops to get 4 and 5 sockets. time to grind and hope for luck. thank you for the answer.

Can someone explain what skill gems to keep leveling up? Most of the minion gems don't show what changes when you level up the gem apart from spirit cost. Is it worth upgrading arsonist if spirit cost doesn't change? what about raging spirits?

Every minion level increases their damage and life, skill levels is the largest increase to their damage.

I'm struggling with low damage from SRS. I'm using flammability but still low dmg.
I'm lvl 24 and trying to pass a boss on lvl 22 map.
Can you give me some advice how to improve damage?

Make sure you have the correct passive tree.
Make sure you have the correct support gems for SRS.
Make sure you use skeletal Arsonists with correct support gems and as many as you can have.
Make sure you cast pain offering.
Make sure you always have 10 SRS up by casting flame wall.
Make sure you always have flammability up on the boss.
Make sure to level up your gems when you find higher uncut gems.
Use a sceptre that gives increased damage to allies and even minion skill levels.
If you have exalted or chaos orbs buy oaksworn and Enfolding Dawn on trade.

following all of this, same level 25 at titan grotto boss and damage is abysmal. even clearning white mobs takes a few seconds
