Cannot pick up last soul core in chaos trial

For some reason there was one soul core i had to pick up that won't let me. I clicked on the object, tried the label also. The label only blinked when clicked, but i couldn't pick up.

Currently experiencing this on POE 2, during stage 3 of the trial of chaos. There are no hidden switches found.

Presents as a bug. I can see the soul core label, but it's offset positionally. I'm unable to get a prompt (X) to pick it up.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Right now I was doing this trial and I was not able to pick up a Soul core and the monster were all the time spawning. After 1 minute I died... I'm tired of wasting my time with those trials. They are fun but very frustrating...
