PoE 2 - Jarngreipr Unique not working correctly

Oh dear, I have more sockets and quality on the gem and now I am stuck ... thaught I could use these gloves.

Just popping by to say I am also having this issue, specifically in regard to staggering palm so far, I was able to socket tempest bell and vaulting impact without meeting the intelligence req- plenty of str and dex. I guess I'll be adding some workaround intelligence into my build (rip.) On the plus side that will open up a world of options for the gloves slot! /s >.>
