(Stormweaver) Max projectiles cold converted fireballs are DEAD as of .2 [RIP]

I like it! I build slightly different, at work now so I can't screenshot my tree, but I'm always looking to optimize. I had to take a fair bit more mana regen overall after getting a level 30 Fireball running (still is more damage though, even giving up some damage passives for mana).

i crafted a 270 mana 99 mana regen ring and with ingenuity it mostly solved all my mana regen problems. Currently running a 32 fireball with no real problems

This is my build currently. I'd love to run Arctic Armour, and have clarity on weapon set 1 but I haven't found a way to get the extra spirit without giving up something else I want.

How do you get level 32 fireball? Amulet with + to spell skills instead of everlasting gaze?

Ya I'm using a normal amulet over everlasting gaze. It seemed not worth losing + level of skills

Your sheet DPS on fireball must be YUGE! (Not that sheet DPS is everything, but it sure is nice to see number go big).

I'm not sure what my actual sheet dps is cause path of building doesn't translate well to our build. my tooltip dps is 45k or 54k factoring in rising tempest thats always at least 2.

It could be higher with EB but theres really no point. Pinnacles die in 10 seconds already anyways.

I was wondering about Path of Building! I meticulously brought in everything from my build but it didn't show nearly the same sheet DPS as the tooltip DPS in game for Fireball.

Chanced a Dream Fragment so I'm finally going EB. Sitting at 7.5k mana right now but still fixing my gear. DPS doubled despite mahu actually lowering my DPS by 20% but i probably need the ability to not get one shot.

Oh my gosh, congrats!!! What is the tooltip DPS? I would like to covet.

Tooltip is 93k now, or 116k with bare min rising tempest. Still fixing my gear though, and especially my jewels cause it all has mana on kill and max energy shield neither of which i really need except for 1 mana on kill. This allows me to add a ton more magnitude of shock which should massively increase my dps.

Tested my build against arbiter t2 and forced phase transition in 10 seconds, and then i just have to deal 1 damage after.

Added cast on shock comet for bosses and killed t4 breach boss in 3 seconds, coming out to like 11 mil boss dps. Don't really know where else to go from here. Fun build!
