Ignagduk, the bog witch map icon bugged

I killed Ignagduk on cruel on my campaign play (did not do the flame trial event this first time), I got the spirit reward but the map icon for clearing the boss still showed lit up as if not completed.

I tried again now and cleared the whole The Azak Bog map, killing the boss -> doing the flame trial event, but the map icon still shows uncompleted, even after restarting the game afterwards.
