Failing Trial Of Sekhamas locks the game (PS5)

Failing the Trial by losing all Honour locks the game. There is no button prompt available to restart, but failing it by dying provides a button prompt to restart the trial. I have to re-launch the game if I want to continue playing.

No way of nicely getting out of the locked screen. |
