Can't Access Map Device In Softcore After Dying in Hardcore

I recently died on my level 74 Ranger/Deadeye in Hardcore during a map run. After resurrecting and spawning in, I cannot interact with the map device in my Hideout and Ziggurat Refuge.

I've backtracked and killed Act 3 Doryani and Cruel Act 3 Doryani, but I'm still unable to access the map device. Alongside the map device, I cannot obtain the reforge bench as Oswald also does not appear in front of the Molten Forge entrance in Act 3.

Looking back at the other Act Maps, it still says I have 'The Mad Wolf of Ogham - Travel to the East' (Act 1) and 'Ascent to Power - Search Traitor's Passage' (Cruel Act 2). I've attempted to talk with the NPCs, but they do not give me the option to travel to the east, and the traitor's passage does not auto-complete when I unlock Halani Gates, nor after defeating Balbala the Traitor.

Other solutions I've tried include relogging, trying a different SC account, and trying other quests that still pop up for me.

Same problem, couldn't find a solution so far.

Died in the very first map in HC, decided to try a couple more maps in SC just to get the fell of it before creating another char but device is unclickable.
