FPS drop when i use "Orb of Storms" with "Lightning Rod"

I'm also seeing this exact problem and it's making this kind of Deadeye build unplayable. Dips down into sub-30 FPS and the frame timing jumps up to 30+ ms too.

This has been my favorite build so far and I really hope it gets fixed.
