Turn off sound effects also kills "item filter" sounds

Hello,

I have been trying to kill the in game sound effects, but leave the item filter sounds on. For example, my corrupting cry warrior is a headache with sound effects on.

When I leave master sounds maxed, chat notif and item filter, but kill sound effects. It kills ALL the sound to the game.
