poe2 bug report

HELP!!!!!! My Chaos trials are bugged, I cant open another trial. My last trial I completed the run but died due to a blood pool so I didn't retrieve my loot. Now when I try to open/restart a new trial, it says "operation could not be completed".

Hi, I'm writing this post regarding a bug on the boss encounter with Crowbell, is the 10th time he gets stucked on his second phase and he doesn't shift to his 3rd phase. The boss becomes immune to damage but he still does damage, I think it happens mostly when I run instilled maps which I do 100% of the time, is really annoying since he killed me 2 of those 10 times I have to log out and request a random invite in order to tp out of the fight, since being on a boss encounter doesn't allow you to tp out. GGG this needs a fix is really bad not being able to finish the map and is even worse when the boss kills you because of this bug. Cheers

P.D: This happened with the expedition boss too once where he died with out shifting to phase 2 and I had to request an invite to be able to leave the map.

When i active the strongbox i can't dogde or click, only can move with keyboard.
When i died and respawn at check point my spectre have a bug not respawn but also reverse spirit, i must active them again to be normal.
One bug the spectre being white circle and do nothing even i say side by side them.
i hope you fix them soon its start form spectre release.

omwn of Ameloration is failing to proc. I had one activated and it never proced and I lost all experience earned. Fix it!!!!!!!!!!

Noticed a bug where irradiated map nodes are no longer increasing monster level. With a Tier 15 waypoint in a non-irradiated node shows monster level 79. With the same Tier 15 waypoint in an irradiated node it still shows monster level 79. Pre0.2.1 a Tier 15 waypoint would give a monster level of 80 in an irradiated node.

It occurred in 3 maps that I played lastnight. This was after the first quick fix patch that followed 2.1 launch.

Can't use busting toad skill on rhoa mount with the unique quiver murkshaft

Witch Skeletal Warriors frequently bug and only allow 2 skeleton Warriors until skill is reset.

When increasing the number of skeletal warriors you are using, the skill bugs and downsizes to 2 skeletal warriors. Then when you knock the number back down to two, the skill will not allow you to re-upscale the number to 4 until you disable skeletal warriors completely and the spirit reservation resets. Once it does, the skill once again works like normal and allows 4 skeletal warriors until it bugs out again and at least two of your warriors die.
