Yep, same here. It happened twice to me, I found 2 Iron Citadels and killed all monsters and the boss, and it says, "1 monster remains," and it cannot be completed by any means.

Still cannot complete Iron Citadel, I wish I could continue on this atlas Path but it is unfortunately blocked until it is patched.

Same thing just happened to me too.

Literally same here - walked the map 10 + times there are ZERO things to kill, map says 1 thing left, (I killed the boss) no completion....

+1. I killed all rares before the boss and after defeating the boss it says "Quest Completed" rather than "Map Completed". Maybe that is part of the bug.
