Vaal City/Factory bug

Vaal City Boss Disconnect:

While running t17's Vaal city, a couple of seconds after killing the boss Viper, I get disconnected from the game, and loose all the loot in my inventory that I picked within the map, portal, and map (with no loss of XP) - It happened to me 3 times so far on any Vaal city that is irradiated or corrupted,Map Boss with a t16.


Vaal Factory Rare Monster Zombie:

In Vaal Factory, occasionally the last rare will die, drop loot but continue to exist in a bugged state. The monster can still attack and follows me, but it cannot be targeted or damaged. Its health bar is also not visible when hovering over it (I downloaded OBS and recorded it the last time it happened)
