[POE2] Ping Spike after Syncing Filter to POE Account

Hi!

After adding a Filter from filterblade to POE account the Ping is spiking to 1k or even more causing a Disconnection from server while in game.

The issue only occurs when the Filter is Synced to POE account and my theory is:
Every Time The Player login to the game there is a message with information when the last update of the Filter was. But the date in this message is displayed in System language so if the System language is unsupported by the POE and there is a Special chars from this language ( like ń ś ć etc. in Polish) Ping may spikes to 1k and cause disconnect from the server.

This issue does not occur if the filter is downloaded and manually copied to filters directory (If it's removed from POE account filters before). So This is the possible workaround.
