Zalmarath invincible

Twice in a row after bringing down Zalmarath's hp around 40-60% he became invincible.
My Tempest Bell combo wouldn't go up and his hp wouldn't go down.
I had to let myself get killed (coulda respawned too I assume) to reset the fight to fix it.
