Same issue - occurs when going back to town portal for me after picking up unique wand ='( (not identified)

I got the same issue and now stack on contacting server ...

same error porting to town, now I can't log into my character

I am also getting this after getting DCed in Clearfell. Can't get back into the game with this exact error message.
