No Soul Core in Jiquani's Machinarium

There is no soul core in my instance of Jiquani's Machinarium, and am unable to open the door to proceed.

I've just had this happen too. Cleared out the entire Machinarium, no medium soul cores at all. For a map of this size, feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth.

Same as OP, no Soul Core in the entrance of the Machinarium, unable to open door.
