The only thing I did which I saw someone suggest but I doubt had any bearing was to change to a global chat channel. The person said chat was causing an issue

Hi! The new season patch is terrible.
- randomly kicked out from EU servers - wheen i'm entering portal the game kick me off almost all the time - sometimes i'm facing lag sspikes - wheen a new grapihic effect (?) or enemy type (?) appearing the game stops and reload and reset the map |

Not a good solution but I switched to Washington server (playing in uk). Ping is mostly fine and zero disconnects since the swap (like 8 hours play) whereas I’d DC every map before

Iswitched back to London server last night, played for 2-3h no disconnects at all that I remember.
Maybe it's fixed? |

havent had many disconnects recently but huge lag spikes 2-3k ms every 20-23 sec
