MOMENTUM gem Bug

I tested with (simple skill) CROSSBOW SHOT and it doesnt seem to work and i can't see the green light effect if i move 2 metres. The skill has 7 bold.

Galvanic shards and Momentum gem also don't work properly.
Devs need to fix it. |
