Omen of Whittling completely not functional.

Omen of Whittling just doesn't work as intended, it highlights in orange the modifier that should not be highlighted at all, so its either a tooltip bug or something with the functionality that makes it want to remove different mods than intended. And it happens every time Im trying to use it, it usually highlights a very high level mod for some reason
