Where did Shock Siphon go?

Since 0.2.0 I noticed I cannot craft Shock Siphon anymore.
The old ones I can still use, but even if I click on "all gems" and "remove recommended", I can no longer craft new Shock Siphon support gems. I was using it with previous characters to recover energy shield. I asked people in general chat and they, too can no longer target Shock Siphon for cutting under support gems.

bump... i guess? i cant tell if this is a smith of kitava type of oopsie or there was a legitimate reason, if there was it was not mentioned in patch notes.
