Unable to Ascend, Ascendent bugged

Quest is red, say to return to Ardor caravan and speak to Zarka, Zarka has no quest marker. I have the Djinn Barya but no waypoint to go do it. Level 32 Witch.

Hi,
I noticed you haven't killed Balbala in Traitor's Passage yet. She drops a green Djinn Barya that will give you the quest to go to the Trials. You should then be able to travel there using the Desert Map. | |

thanks for this message, I thought I did kill her since have a Djinn barya. After seeing this message I did go back and kill her and she did drop a second one that is green. don't know how I progressed or how I got a none green one but it happened. Thank you for getting back to me and checking, I was little disgruntled thinking I had another character I would have to delete lol.

" Non-quest Baryas can drop anywhere after you reach the appropriate drop level. The Balbala quest is an optional side area so it's possible to miss it during a casual playthrough. |

" I've Killed balbala, dropped quest item now i can't obtain it nor go to trial zone to complete any other djinn i've tried so many workarounds nothing works. can't drop it again or teleport to someone's zone. |
