Missing 30 passive spirit

So im currently in endgame lvl 82 working on a build...and realized im missing 30 passive spirit..i have killed the Ignaduk multiple times but skull still says i havent killed her...and freythorn it says on my map + 30 spirit ive killed him several times and get nothing....ive gone to every instance where im supposed to get a passive spirit reward of some type numerous times...and im still missing 30 spirt. which is kind of crippling the build im aiming for

King in the Mists on Act 1 Normal gives 30
Ignagduk in Act 3 Normal gives 30
Ignagduk in Act 3 Cruel gives 40

How much do you have with no equipment on?

apparently i missed normal ignagduk act 3...after going through the maps several times..but it was telling me the cruel version was the 1 i missed on tha map...i feel like an idiot...but have found what i was missing..
