Hunters Trophy not showing

I'm playing as lich. I also relogged. I don't have the skill for Honour Guard Rhoa so I guess thats why im not seeing it. But I should be able to use the Hunters Trophy.

I did get the last twitch reward, I'm using the deer right now in game.
I did search for it in the search bar, nothing.

I accepted it on twitch (obviously)

well I contacted support. they gave me the simple connect or disconnect talk. told me if that didn't work to send them a screenshot of the twitch drop page. did all this. haven't had a reply from them in near a good many days. Nor did the items show up in game. I am at a loss at what to do.
