Crash on The Halani Gates, near/at last checkpoint before the boss in Linux

My character is stuck in a crash zone in what I think is the last checkpoint before the boss in The Halani Gates on Linux, Debian Testing, using Steam Proton. No matter the version of Proton 9, experimental, experimental bleeding-edge. I already included more extensive details on the Proton bug list[0]. I'm using AMD RX 6750 XT. Vulkan or DX12 makes no difference in the crash.

Verifying the files with Steam, showed that 14 files where corrupted and fixed. Afterwards, it didn't crash.
