Crossbow or Grenades bug!

Can't tell which one is bugged but when I press (once) to use grenade skill my crossbow shoots twice or even three times, to mention that I'm not holding the button I'm only pressing once.
At first I thought my mouse right click is broken and switched to keyboard and still happens.
This happens with any type of grenade.
