Prism of Belief Skeletal Sniper

Updated, but still not fixed BUG ,GGG What are you doing

That is really disappointing.

The summoning gameplay is already very single, now all electric skeleton mages. It's really frustrating that such a serious bug hasn't been fixed

To add to that, spectres are not able to be scaled with prism either. There is simply no jewel.

Let's hope they fix the snipers Prism of Belief Diamond.

The similar jewel for Skeletal brute also doesn't work

Hopefully this makes it in for the still to be released patch.

I checked in the trade market and there is TWO versions for Skeleton Sniper Prism of Belief, no other skill has two versions. According to some people, only one of those two versions is working (granting the +lvl), the other version is not.

On top of that, Spectres have NO prism of belief version for them (from the skills I checked, this is the only skill gem without a prism of belief), while companions (which use the same mechanism of 'bind a monster') have.

Then, I believe that the Skeleton Sniper Prism of Belief version that is not working is supposed to be the Spectre Prism of Belief, but somehow got mistaken. Can someone with the bugged Skeleton Sniper's Prism of Belief test if it is actually granting levels to Spectres instead of Snipers?
